Dr. Jaci and Dr. Drew bring experience, warmth, and a little bit of fun to every visit, making checkups, vaccines, and everyday questions easier for kids and parents alike. Whether it’s a newborn’s first appointment or a teen’s routine visit, we’re here to listen, guide, and make every family feel at home.

Dr. Jaci Groshong has spent more than three decades caring for children and supporting families in Roseburg, and her love for pediatrics shines through in every visit. Although she began her medical journey as a psychology major with plans to pursue psychiatry, everything changed during her pediatric rotation in medical school. She quickly discovered what makes pediatrics so special — kids’ resilience, their natural joy, and their instinct to stay playful even when things feel hard.
Dr. Jaci is especially passionate about well-child visits and partnering with new parents. She loves helping families realize that they are doing a great job — and that confidence goes a long way in raising healthy kids. Her approach to care is fun, thorough, and deeply thoughtful, always meeting children and families exactly where they are.
From kid-friendly, themed exam rooms to Disney tees and a little surprise at the end of each visit, Dr. Jaci goes out of her way to make appointments feel welcoming and positive. Her hope is that families leave knowing one simple thing: the doctors and staff at KidsDocs truly care about their children.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Jaci enjoys spending time with her dog Zephyr, gardening, kayaking, and paddleboarding. She’s a proud BTS superfan (and a frequent singer, apparently), loves Love You Forever, and firmly believes waffles beat pancakes every time. Her favorite Disney character is Minnie Mouse, her dream days are spent in Kauai or Disneyland, and if she could be any animal for a day, she’d choose a manatee — floating peacefully with friends and family.

Dr. Drew Groshong is a pediatrician who genuinely loves caring for children of all ages and being part of each family’s team. A Roseburg native, he’s passionate about making high-quality care welcoming, approachable, and easy for every family. Raised by two pediatrician parents, he tried (he really did!) to explore paths outside medicine, but pediatrics kept calling him back. Kids’ positivity, resilience, and honesty instantly made him feel at home in this field.
Dr. Drew’s goal is for every family to leave feeling heard, supported, and confident that he’ll always work to find the answers they need.
When he’s not in the clinic, you’ll find him golfing, exploring Roseburg with his wife Natalie, or at the dog park chasing every ball with Oakley — their energetic dog who also makes office appearances. He’s on a mission to find the best burger in town, believes Umpqua Dairy cookie dough is the only correct ice cream answer,…and yes, he’s always been a Buzz Lightyear fan — to infinity and beyond!
